Return Policy

To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at Luxioncraft, we’ve made the return policy much simpler.

Unused Product

You can return all the unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the product is untampered with the seals, boxing, and other packaging material still intact. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Reverse pick-up charges will be applicable (as per the geographical locations).  If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account after receiving the product back.

Damaged Product / Missing Items / Incorrect Order

If your order was delivered with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share the unboxing video and images of the packaging & products at luxioncraft1@gmail.com or call us on 919971886182 within those 48 hours. Upon investigation, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a replacement or a full refund. Replacements are subject to the product availability. Luxioncraft  reserves the right to make policy decisions in such cases. No additional compensation / freebies will be provided under any circumstances in these cases. Liability of any order/product is limited to the value of the order/product.

Return/Refund Policy for near to expiry products

warehouse/clearance sale products are sold at a heavy discount rate. The expiry date is clearly mentioned on the website for all the products offered under warehouse sale. Once the product is purchased under this offer, it will not qualify for any return, exchange or refund under any reason.

Cancellation Policy

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order before it is dispatched, kindly indicate your refund preference.

Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, luxioncraft.com will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
